During a time when you need it most, we’ll provide you compassion and understanding. You’ll get a friend from beginning to end. We take over everything from labeling and sorting, placing ads for you, staging, pricing, cleaning and taking pictures of leftovers. Your house will be free of all items and we’ll even take leftovers to your donation center of choice. Along the way you may interact, be a part of or change your mind about items. These are your or your loved ones belongings, and you are always in control of that aspect.

Flexible Fee Structure to Accommodate You

Plus, we keep fees simple by charging a flat rate. We don’t charge a percentage of your sales and we never own your items. If you change your mind about letting something go in the sale, take it back! If you have items you thought were lost and we find, take them back! If you live out of state and want us to send you pictures or a video so you can see the items, great! We will even pack up the items you want and make sure they are mailed professionally to you. You know exactly what your fee is for us to organize and conduct the estate sale. We pride ourselves on being flexible and will work with you to accommodate your individual needs.
